Guarango Association, is an award-winning film and television production company with offices in Lima, Peru. On 15 years of experience in the Peruvian market, Guarango has produced two feature-length documentaries with more than 30 international awards: “ Choropampa, The Price of Gold” (2002) and “ Tambogrande: Mangos, Murder, Mining” (2007), both directed and produced by Ernesto Cabellos and Stephanie Boyd.
As a self-sustained organization, Guarango Association also offers its services to companies, private and public institutions, international production companies and broadcasters. |

Co-founder of Guarango Association. Since 1994 until the present, as part of the Board of Directors of Guarango Association, he has conducted various activities in audiovisual projects including research, script, search for financing, direction, production and distribution.
Since late 2000, have been developing a series of documentaries to raise awareness that explore the conflicts between transnational mining and quarrying industry with local communities in Peru.

Audiovisual Communicator graduated in 2004 from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She have worked mainly in the field of production, working for the last two years in the local production for programs broadcast internationally on channels such as ZDF of Germany, National Geographic, Travel Channel and Discovery Channel.
Currently serves as Production Coordinator in Guarango Association, and as free-lance producer for independent projects.
Her passion is the photography. Travelling, a vital necessity. |

Diplomed as Graphical Designer and graduated from IDAT Institute (Currently, the Technological University of Peru) twelve years ago. He started in Guarango Film & Video in 1998 making many graphical works as freelance. Recently, he has worked in web and multimedia production for customers of Buenaletra Producciones and Mamut-Art Sculptures.
Now, he is in charge of the development of our website and all the graphic material, in addition to the production, control and distribution of DVD’s of Guarango’s documentaries, as well services of design, web development and multimedia for our clients. |

Documentary filmmaker graduated from University of Puerto Rico, with specialization courses in Sao Paulo, and a master degree on Visual Arts from the Emerson College in Boston. He performs as a sound designer and sound producer for fiction and documentary films, shows, dance, theatre, and multimedia. He is also Director Manager of the production company Marazul; as well Director, Organizer, and Curator of the Peruvian Independent Documentary Exhibition and the Documentary Caravan. |
